Jambette Playground Equipment was the first Canadian manufacturer to obtain IPEMA certification. The International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) is an independent organization mandated to ensure application of playground safety standards.

Acting as a third party, IPEMA has a certification program that enables the various manufacturers to obtain certification for each product tested. This certification means that a product meets the requirements of the Canadian standard CAN/CSA-Z614, as well as those of the American standard ASTM.
