To ensure the safety of public playgrounds, IPEMA has developed a certification service. This is performed by an independent laboratory that validates a manufacturer’s conformance to the requirements of the ASTM F 1487-01 standard (excluding sections 10 and 12.6.1). Use of the “IPEMA ASTM CERTIFIED” logo in the Jambette Playground Equipment catalogue means that Jambette has received written validation from the independent laboratory and the products associated with the logo meet the requirements of the standard.
