A : Yes, Jambette Playground Equipment has a full line of benches, tables and garbage bins for outdoors.
Q : Does Jambette Playground Equipment sell to individuals?
A : No, since Jambette Playground Equipment must comply with strict standards, this makes the products and installation costly and indeed even inapplicable. Therefore, we do not offer our products to residential customers.
Q : What types of cushioning material are available?
A : The CAN/CSA-Z614 standard recognizes four types of cushioning material: sand, gravel, wood fibre and rubber surfacing. Each has its own features. Ask for details!
Q : What is the required thickness of cushioning material for installation of Jambette Playground Equipment structures?
A : Jambette Playground Equipment recommends a cushioning thickness of 12” (300 mm) to comply with the safety standard and minimize maintenance.
Q : Does Jambette provide a “turnkey” option?
A : Yes, Jambette offers a “turnkey” option whereby it looks after everything from ground preparation to final installation.*
Q : Does Jambette make customized products?
A : As a manufacturer, Jambette designs and manufactures some special products on request.
Q : Can Jambette prepare a layout plan of my future recreational site, and if so, how much will this cost?
A : Yes, Jambette has the resources to prepare a complete layout plan including the structures selected, the surrounding areas in cushioning material, access, etc. Furthermore, this service is usually free.*
Q : Are Jambette structures durable and safe?
A : Jambette has more than 20 years experience in manufacturing playground equipment; its products meet the highest safety standards and are built solid as a rock. Our products are tested in the laboratory (IPEMA procedure), thus ensuring that load tests and design and construction tests are conducted.
