Payment

The payment term is net 30 days after the invoice date. Any overdue balance will be charged interest at a rate of 2% per month (24% per annum).

Product returns

Any product return must be preauthorized by our representative. The product must be returned within 10 days and in perfect condition. The customer agrees to pay administration and handling fees of 20% of the value of the product in question. Furthermore, all work and fees related to disassembly, site restoration, packaging and transportation are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Customized products, installations and landscaping are non-refundable. Customers must produce their invoice on request.

Liability

The customer acknowledges that JAMBETTE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT INC. will not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control and that its liability is limited to the price paid by the customer for the merchandise in question.

Legality

The parties agree that this agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the parties elect domicile in the judicial district of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. In the event that the account has to be referred to a collection agency or an attorney because the customer defaults on payment, the customer agrees to pay, in addition to the balance due, collection fees equivalent to 20% of the balance due in capital and interest.
