Designing a Better Process

This is the challenge tackled by the Design and Sales teams at Jambette by embarking on a collaborative Kaizen initiative. Together, they took the time to pause, observe, and frankly state the challenges they faced daily: vague requests, scattered tools, sometimes unclear roles, and fragmented communication.
Rather than work around these problems, they chose to transform them.
