What if everyday annoyances became the best catalysts for progress?
This is the challenge tackled by the Design and Sales teams at Jambette by embarking on a collaborative Kaizen initiative. Together, they took the time to pause, observe, and frankly state the challenges they faced daily: vague requests, scattered tools, sometimes unclear roles, and fragmented communication.
Rather than work around these problems, they chose to transform them.

At Jambette, designing a play structure isn't only about putting materials together. It's about dreaming up an adventure, structuring an experience... and transforming an idea into a space where children can move, daydream, and grow.

Planning a new park layout is a motivating project. Whether it is for a municipality, a school, or a daycare centre, the goal is always the same: to create a safe and stimulating space that brings the community together. However, many projects exceed their initial budget, often due to a lack of information at the outset.

A one-of-a-kind pilot project was launched this morning in Montréal’s Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles borough. In the presence of borough mayor Caroline Bourgeois, the city officially inaugurated the installation of urban furniture designed for and with teenage girls.

From May 12 to 16, the Jambette team rolled up their sleeves and poured their hearts into giving back to the community.
