Designing a Better Process

When Collaboration Becomes a Performance Driver

What if everyday annoyances became the best catalysts for progress?
This is the challenge tackled by the Design and Sales teams at Jambette by embarking on a collaborative Kaizen initiative. Together, they took the time to pause, observe, and frankly state the challenges they faced daily: vague requests, scattered tools, sometimes unclear roles, and fragmented communication.
Rather than work around these problems, they chose to transform them.

A rigorous, practical approach

At the heart of this Kaizen initiative is a clear commitment to simplifying communication, better defining responsibilities, and streamlining workflows throughout the entire process.
Through structured analysis and close collaboration between teams, more than 30 ways of improvement were identified, prioritized, and rigorously implemented.
Each solution was designed to address real-world needs.

Concrete solutions that make a difference

Among the actions implemented:

  • A redesigned application form, made clearer and better suited to actual needs
  • Targeted training to harmonize practices
  • Clearer roles and responsibilities
  • An optimized Kanban to better manage peak periods
  • Inter-team meetings promoting quick adjustments and smoother communication

Immediate results… and lasting momentum

The benefits were quickly felt: less time wasted, fewer errors, and smoother operations.
But beyond the operational gains, this Kaizen initiative primarily strengthened mutual understanding between the teams, their ability to anticipate needs, and their commitment to progressing together.

A culture built together

This initiative perfectly illustrates what drives Jambette: a culture of continuous improvement led by people, for people.
Because ultimately, concrete actions, good listening, and collective commitment are keys to sustainably transforming our ways of doing things.

👏 Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this inspiring initiative!
