Radio-Canada’s recent investigative report on non-compliant play structures has raised understandable concerns among municipalities, schools, and parents. When it comes to children’s safety, every detail matters and we hear you.

What if everyday annoyances became the best catalysts for progress?
This is the challenge tackled by the Design and Sales teams at Jambette by embarking on a collaborative Kaizen initiative. Together, they took the time to pause, observe, and frankly state the challenges they faced daily: vague requests, scattered tools, sometimes unclear roles, and fragmented communication.
Rather than work around these problems, they chose to transform them.

Girls aged 12 to 17 are still underrepresented in public parks. They find few spaces adapted to their needs or their way of using the area. As a result, they feel less at home and visit them less often. With O-Asis, Jambette offers an innovative solution to give them their space back.
